<For participants from overseas> Most visitors to Awaji find Kansai International Airport (KIX) to be the most convenient airport when arriving from overseas. There are several ways to reach the Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center from the Kansai International Airport. Hotel reservation

The JDRC office has tentatively booked rooms at the Hotel Westin Awaji Island and Hotel Ebisu for the expected number of participants. Please make your own reservation by following the guidelines below. If you are sharing a room with other participants please make the booking together. The deadline for application is Thursday, May 31, 2007. Please ensure that you book by this deadline. Please note that the JDRC office cannot introduce roommates.

Hotel Westin Awaji Island

＜Preferential Rate＞ Single room for 1 person: 13,860 yen Twin room for 2 people: 10,736 yen Triple room for 3 people: 8,505 yen *The price is per person, including breakfast.

Hotel Ebisu

http://www.mjnet.ne.jp/hotelebisu/ （Japanese Only） The Hotel Ebisu is located 2 kilometers away from the Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center, where the JDRC will be held. It is within 5 minutes drive by car and a free shuttle bus service will be available from the hotel to the venue before and after the program.

＜Accommodation charges＞ Twin room for 2 people: 5,250 yen Family room for 4 people: 5,250 yen (Japanese style room) *The price is per person. *Breakfast is available at extra cost. (Western breakfast 600 yen, Japanese breakfast 1,050 yen)
