REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

The entire application process will be done electronically. Oral speakers will be selected from all abstract applicants. All applicants will be notified about the type of their scientific contribution before August 31, 2012. Registration and Abstract deadline: July 31, 2012

STEP 1

• Download and fill in the registration form (Excel format).
• Submit the registration form via e-mail to jdrc10@jikei.ac.jp
• Fax proof of undergraduate student status to 03-3431-4459

STEP 2

• Make your payment to the bank account below. Only paid registration will be considered for definitive participation.

• Title, all authors, affiliations and a text of maximum 300 words.
• Only abstracts written in English will be accepted.
• Submit the abstract via e-mail to jdrc10@jikei.ac.jp
