Last year, the first symposium between the Korean and Japanese Drosophilists were held in Seoul. The second symposium will take place in Tokyo this summer, following the 6th Japan Drosophila Research Conference (JDRC). We hope that this symposium will provide an opportunity for greater interaction among the Drosophila researchers in the Asian-Pacific region. We welcome all of you to attend the symposium.
