Presentation õWe strongly encourage all of the presenters to write figures of both posters and slides in English. Please find details about official languages of presentations below. Poster sessions: õPresenters are requested to display their posters on the designated boards (each is 90cm W and 180cm H) in the lobby next to Event Hall before 13:30 on Thursday, July 7. You can view posters until 10 pm on 7th and 8th. All posters must be removed from the boards no later than 12:00 on Saturday, July 9th. Oral presentations: õEach presentation is 15 minutes long (10-12 minutes presentation with an additional 3-5 minutes for questions and discussion). The presentation will be performed either in English or in Japanese as indicated in each abstract. Symposium: õBoth presentations and discussion will be done in English. The invited speakers are the following: Workshop: õEach presentation is 15 minutes or 20 minutes long and will be performed either in English or in Japanese as indicated in each abstract. Many of the presentations put some emphases on experimental approaches. Abstracts: õOnly English abstracts are accepted. You will be able to download the PDF file of abstracts before the meeting. We do not distribute a paper version of the abstract book. General Meeting: õGeneral meeting is schedules at the Event Hall beginning at 18:00, July 8 and performed in Japanese. All members of the JDRC are requested to attend the General meeting. Mixer: õMixer is scheduled at 18:30, July 8 in the Reception Room B. Recipients of "Moriwaki-Daigoro Prize", which honors outstanding presentations of students and post-docs, will be announced there. 5. Outside the complex of the conference halls, the hotel, and the restaurants, there is only one convenience store (20 min on foot) and no supermarket nearby.
