Program †Thursday, July 7th †12:00 Registration Friday, July 8th †09:00-12:00 Symposium (Event Hall, Coffee Break included) Saturday, July 9th †09:30-12:30 Workshop (Event Hall, Coffee Break included) 4. Presentation †We strongly encourage all of the presenters to write figures of both posters and slides in English. Please find details about official languages of presentations below. Poster sessions: †Presenters are requested to display their posters on the designated boards (each is 90cm W and 180cm H) in the lobby next to Event Hall before 13:30 on Thursday, July 7. You can view posters until 10 pm on 7th and 8th. All posters must be removed from the boards no later than 12:00 on Saturday, July 9th. Oral presentations: †Each presentation is 15 minutes long (10-12 minutes presentation with an additional 3-5 minutes for questions and discussion). The presentation will be performed either in English or in Japanese as indicated in each abstract. Symposium: †Both presentations and discussion will be done in English. The invited speakers are the following: Workshop: †Each presentation is 15 minutes or 20 minutes long and will be performed either in English or in Japanese as indicated in each abstract. Many of the presentations put some emphases on experimental approaches. Abstracts: †Only English abstracts are accepted. You will be able to download the PDF file of abstracts before the meeting. We do not distribute a paper version of the abstract book. General Meeting: †General meeting is schedules at the Event Hall beginning at 18:00, July 8 and performed in Japanese. All members of the JDRC are requested to attend the General meeting. Mixer: †Mixer is scheduled at 18:30, July 8 in the Reception Room B. Recipients of "Moriwaki-Daigoro Prize", which honors outstanding presentations of students and post-docs, will be announced there. 5. Registration fees †The registration desk will be located in the lobby of Event Hall. Upon receiving Registration fee (bed and board NOT included) Mixer fees (tentative) 6. Box breakfast (sandwiches plus drink, 600): †Online reservation is closed. Lunch: †Several restaurants are open next to the hotel and it costs 1,000-1,500 per lunch. If you reserve box lunch (makuno-uchi plus drink, 1,000), it will be distributed in the lobby next to Event Hall (Online registration is closed). Outside the complex of the conference halls, the hotel, and the restaurants, there is only one convenience store (20 min on foot) and no supermarket nearby. Coffee break: †There are vender machines next to Event Hall. 8. Day nursery †The hotel has a day nursery.
